My core belief is to treat every client to a personalized and professional marketing plan, free of charge, which takes
into account the goals you set forth when you first envisioned selling your home. I use a variety of techniques and
advertising avenues in order to sell your home in the least amount of time and at the best possible price.
Marketing Plan:
- Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
- I input the listing same day I receive the listing agreement signed by all parties. I work hard to make sure the property is accurately described and represented on the MLS.
- I always make sure there are more than 6 photos for each property in the MLS.
- Yard Signs
- The ERA Mi Casa “for sale” sign is distinctive and widely recognized in the neighborhood due to the color (blue) and the sheer number of listings which currently totals over 200.
- Our yard signs drive inquiry calls to our office phone number. These calls are then transferred to our trained buyer’s agents who provide the information on the property. A potential buyer always speaks with an agent that can answer questions on the property and set immediate appointments.

- Our website is listed on all our yard signs and advertisements. We get significant traffic on our site due this mass exposure.

- My website draws heavy traffic from all the advertising.
- Other Websites
- Your property will also be found on all the popular real estate search websites. Our affiliation with ERA (a Realogy Company) exposes our listings to all the main real estate websites such as Trulia, Zillow, ZipRealty, Homes.com, SearchChicago.com, ChicagoTribune.com, FrontDoor.com, RealEstate.com, Realtor.com and ERA.com
- Print Advertisement
- I advertise in Su Casa Su Guia and Hoy Newspaper – both with Chicago Metro distributions giving us exposure to clients throughout the Chicagoland area.
- LED Screen
- Our office is located on the corner of 55th Street and Pulaski (heavy traffic). As part of our most recent re-investment to our business, we recently installed a LED screen measuring 8’x 10’ which we use as a marketing tool for our listings. We show our listings with a brief description.
- Open Houses
- Our office will hold open houses for your properties. We place our open house schedule on OpenHouse.com to attract as many potential buyers as possible.
